Accessibility statement

Matched by Tali wants people with disabilities to be able to use this website on the same terms as anyone else.

This statement describes the arrangements on the site, the display settings in the accessibility menu, and how to tell us when something gets in your way. It is not a certificate, and it is not a third-party audit.

1.The standard we build to

A website in Israel that provides a service to the public is required to conform to Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1, Level AA. That standard adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, with the modifications set out in the Israeli standard. These pages are built to that level.

We also follow WCAG 2.2 practices that go further than that standard, including a visible focus indicator, controls large enough to tap, and respect for a request to reduce motion.

2.Arrangements on these pages

The public pages and the member area include these arrangements:

  • Each page names its language. Hebrew pages run right to left.
  • A “Skip to content” link is the first control on the page.
  • Controls can be reached from the keyboard, and the focused control is shown.
  • Text colors are chosen for contrast on the dark theme.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors are written out.
  • Informative images have a text alternative. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • If your device asks for less motion, animations are already reduced.

3.Display settings

The accessibility button opens settings that change appearance for you: larger text up to 200%, a simpler typeface, more space between letters, higher contrast, a light background, highlighted links, highlighted headings, a reading guide, and paused animations. Your browser’s own zoom works as well.

These choices are stored in this browser only. They are not sent to us, and they are not used to recognize you. They do not rewrite the page, and they do not replace the arrangements above. A menu cannot, by itself, make a website meet SI 5568.

4.Screens we do not control

Some steps leave this website and open a service we do not operate, including PayPlus payment pages and Calendly scheduling. Those providers are responsible for the accessibility of their own screens.

5.If something blocks you

Email info@matchedbytali.com. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and how we can help. You can also ask for information in another reasonable form when a document on the site is not accessible to you.

Where the Israeli service-accessibility regulations apply, a barrier that we are told about is met with an accessible alternative and a correction within a reasonable time, and no later than 60 days after a clear notice.

This statement was last updated on 8 October 2026. We will update it when the arrangements change.
