Terms of Service

Matched by Tali ("Matched by Tali," "we," "us," or "our") is a curated matchmaking and community platform designed to facilitate meaningful introductions and connections.

Our Services may include:

• A private matchmaking database
• Personalized matchmaking programs
• Matchmaking consultations
• Curated introductions
• Community events and experiences
• Member communications and related services

Our community operates across multiple cities and countries and may expand or change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile or use our matchmaking Services.

By using our Services, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate and that you are legally eligible to participate.

Submitting an application or creating a profile does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the Matched by Tali database, community, matchmaking programs, or events.

We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion.

Individuals may apply to join the Matched by Tali private matchmaking database.

All profiles are subject to review and approval.

Acceptance into the database means only that your profile may be retained and considered by our matchmaking team when we believe there may be a potentially relevant opportunity.

Database Membership is not an active matchmaking service.

Unless you have separately enrolled in an Active or Premium Matchmaking Program, Matched by Tali has no obligation to:

• Actively search for matches on your behalf
• Provide any minimum number of matches or profiles
• Contact you within any particular period
• Introduce you to another member
• Arrange dates
• Provide matchmaking coaching or ongoing personal support
• Guarantee that your profile will be shown to another member

You may remain in the database for an indefinite period without receiving a Match Consideration or introduction.

Being approved for the database does not mean that Matched by Tali has accepted you as an active matchmaking client.

From time to time, our matchmaking team may identify a Database Member as a potential match for an Active Matchmaking Client or another member.

If we believe there may be a relevant opportunity, we may contact you and invite you to review or participate in that particular match opportunity.

Receiving one Match Consideration or introduction does not create an obligation for Matched by Tali to provide additional matches or ongoing matchmaking services.

Where applicable, access to certain match opportunities or services may require enrollment in a paid membership or program. Any applicable pricing and terms will be clearly presented before payment.

Certain individuals may be invited or required to complete a private consultation before becoming eligible for an Active or Premium Matchmaking Program.

Where a consultation fee applies, the fee covers the consultation itself and the professional time allocated to reviewing and discussing your profile, preferences, goals, and potential suitability for our matchmaking services.

A consultation does not guarantee:

• Acceptance into an Active or Premium Matchmaking Program
• Acceptance into the database
• Any Match Consideration
• Any introduction
• Any particular number of matches
• A romantic relationship or other outcome

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Rescheduling and cancellation terms presented at the time of booking will apply.

Active and Premium Matchmaking Programs are separate from Database Membership and may be available only following approval by Matched by Tali.

These programs may include active matchmaking, priority consideration, curated Match Considerations, ongoing involvement, and other personalized services.

The specific scope, price, duration, billing terms, and number of Match Considerations—if any—will be governed by the individual matchmaking agreement presented to the Client before enrollment.

Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and a signed Premium Matchmaking Services Agreement, the signed agreement will govern with respect to that matchmaking program.

Payment alone does not guarantee chemistry, mutual interest, dates, a relationship, engagement, marriage, or any other particular romantic outcome.

A "Match Consideration" is a person identified by Matched by Tali as someone potentially worth considering based on available information and our professional matchmaking judgment.

A Match Consideration is not the same as a mutual match, introduction, or date.

Potential matches remain independent individuals and may accept or decline an opportunity for any reason.

Matched by Tali cannot control another person's attraction, preferences, responsiveness, availability, relationship status, or decision to proceed.

Where a Client's individual agreement includes a specified number of Match Considerations, those terms will be governed by that agreement.

Database Members who are not enrolled in an Active Matchmaking Program have no guaranteed number of Match Considerations.

Matchmaking is personal and subjective.

While we use our experience, network, professional judgment, and information provided by members to identify potential compatibility, we cannot guarantee any particular result.

Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement, we do not guarantee:

• Any minimum number of Match Considerations
• Any minimum number of introductions
• Any minimum number of dates
• Mutual attraction or interest
• Compatibility
• A relationship
• Exclusivity
• Engagement
• Marriage
• Any specific timeline for meeting someone

No statement made on our website, social media, at an event, during a consultation, or in marketing materials should be interpreted as a guarantee of a romantic outcome.

Members are responsible for providing accurate, current, and truthful information.

You agree not to intentionally misrepresent information including, but not limited to:

• Age
• Identity
• Photographs
• Relationship or marital status
• Location
• Occupation
• Education
• Family status
• Lifestyle
• Intentions regarding relationships

Matched by Tali does not independently verify every statement made by every member and cannot guarantee that all information provided by other members is complete or accurate.

You are responsible for exercising appropriate personal judgment when interacting with or meeting another individual.

By participating in the Matched by Tali community, you agree to behave respectfully toward other members, potential matches, guests, staff, partners, and event attendees.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been:

• Harassment
• Threatening or abusive behavior
• Fraud or intentional misrepresentation
• Inappropriate conduct
• Unauthorized sharing of another member's information
• Safety concerns
• Misuse of our platform or Services
• Conduct that may materially harm our community or reputation

Profiles, photographs, Match Considerations, personal details, and other information received through Matched by Tali are intended solely for private matchmaking purposes.

You may not screenshot, publish, distribute, forward, upload, sell, or otherwise share another member's profile or private information without authorization.

Information received about a potential match may only be used for the purpose of considering or pursuing that potential introduction.

Participation in public-facing Instagram content, videos, matchmaking features, member showcases, testimonials, or other promotional materials is not automatically required by joining our database or purchasing matchmaking services.

Where appropriate, identifiable member content will be used for promotional purposes only with the relevant permission or consent.

Private matchmaking participation and public social media participation are separate.

Matched by Tali may organize curated community events.

Registration for an event does not necessarily guarantee admission. Certain events may require application, approval, ticket purchase, identification, or other entry requirements.

Individual event pages may contain additional terms regarding:

• Approval
• Ticketing
• Refunds
• Transfers
• Entry requirements
• Guest policies
• Photography or filming
• Venue rules
• Security

Those event-specific terms form part of these Terms for the applicable event.

We reserve the right to deny admission or remove an attendee where reasonably necessary for safety, security, inappropriate conduct, violation of event rules, or protection of the community.

Pricing varies depending on the Service or matchmaking program selected.

All applicable pricing and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Certain Services may involve recurring payments. By enrolling in a recurring paid Service, you authorize the applicable recurring charges in accordance with the terms presented at enrollment and any separate agreement you sign.

Active or Premium Matchmaking Clients may be subject to minimum commitment periods and other billing requirements contained in their individual agreements.

Failure to use the Service, respond to Match Considerations, attend dates, or otherwise participate does not automatically cancel an active contractual payment obligation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, payments for Services already provided are non-refundable.

Refund rights, cancellation rights, minimum commitments, and early termination provisions applicable to an Active or Premium Matchmaking Program will be governed by the Client's individual agreement and applicable law.

Event ticket refund policies will be stated separately for each event.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Matched by Tali reserves the right to decline, suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in our community or Services where reasonably necessary due to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misrepresentation
• Fraud
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Safety concerns
• Misuse of confidential information
• Non-payment
• Conduct that materially threatens the integrity or safety of our community

Termination of access does not automatically eliminate payment obligations already incurred under a separate signed agreement, subject to applicable law.

Matched by Tali facilitates introductions but does not supervise private interactions or dates between members.

Members are responsible for making their own decisions regarding whether, when, and where to meet another person.

You should exercise reasonable precautions when meeting someone for the first time, including meeting in an appropriate public location and informing someone you trust of your plans.

If you ever feel unsafe, you should discontinue the interaction and contact the appropriate authorities where necessary.

Matched by Tali facilitates introductions and community connections but does not control the behavior, statements, decisions, or actions of individual members outside the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Matched by Tali is not responsible for:

• False or inaccurate information provided by another member
• Another member's conduct
• A member's decision to accept or decline an introduction
• Lack of chemistry or compatibility
• Relationships or interactions resulting from an introduction
• Independent communications or meetings between members
• Any particular romantic outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The Matched by Tali name, branding, website content, platform design, written materials, matchmaking materials, event concepts, graphics, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Matched by Tali.

Users may not reproduce, copy, commercially exploit, or distribute our proprietary materials without authorization.

We may modify our Services, membership structures, pricing for future purchases, features, or these Terms from time to time.

Changes to pricing or service structures will not retroactively modify a signed matchmaking agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we may provide notice where required.

Use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.
